Journal 51.) Which countries have banned the Internet?
1) Burma and China2.) Describe what the following image is about? (Provide TWO websites to support your findings)
2) The image contains a Chinese flag with a religious man in the background with the sign “banned” and “you-tube” going across it. So it is telling us that some countries find Internet bad/ useless and that why they have banned for it being used in there country

3)If the Australian government banned the use of Internet it would be hard getting the knowledge our everyday life will become hard and boring, were people will be going to the local library 7 days a week trying to get information. Children’s education is going to get much harder it would be hard completing our daily projects.

3) Earth hour kicks off! Firstly started in sydney and now many main cities across the world are taking part in this. It is the day when for one hour (8pm-9pm) people close the lights. On Earth hour people usually have candlelight dinners, beach bonfires and even a green-powered outdoor movie.Due to this Earth hour there is 10.2 percent reduction in carbon emissions.

In our past few lessons we have been learning, talking and discussing about chemical reactions as our next project is based on that -How do the chemical reactions occur? what are the signs of a chemical reaction? are just few examples of question that we have learned about. In our last lesson we did a practical experiment based on the chemical reaction that happens when rust is formed over a iron nail -Scientific Report

Our new project is based on safety when doing practicle. It sounds interesting as it is based on parcticals which we havn’t done for many months.I’am really looking forward in getting on with my work. This porject will also help me in my future when I need to do practicles in higher classes. From this I’ll learn how to write scientific report and other stuff.

1) NetAlert is the Australian Government’s internet safety initiative which consists of a wide range of activities. Together, these activities provide a comprehensive response to the needs of the Australian community in protecting their families online.
2)Discuss the reasons why they have implemented such a program?

1.Would you make any changes/improvementsto your project?what?
1. I would make many changes to my project, for example- write about history of the periodic table, add pictures, and shells of electrons.
2.Favourite project-why?
2.I liked John lahoud and George Batour’s the best because it had all the critriea in it as well it was funny.
3.How can you improve on your skills in next project?
3. I can improve my project by using other technologies rather than using powerpoint.
